Hello,
I have been trying to login to the infosnap new student registration portal today to no avail. Choosing forgot password results in a blank email being sent with no password reset link. The security questions too are not being accepted.

The drop down says "PLEASE CONFIRM" but unable to imput an option. Am I doing something wrong or is there a glitch?

Hello, I have finished completed my registration forms,however,am getting a prompt that it is not yet complete on the grounds of invalid phone number format,this is preventing me from submitting, I have checked my form several times but I do not know what is wrong, please advise, Thanks .

Thank you for reaching out for assistance through the Community! I understand you are experiencing issues with the phone number on the registration forms. I recommend deleting the current phone number that is in the field, re-entering the phone number, then selecting 'Tab' on your keyboard to go to the next field. We recommend using Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox as the internet browsers. If you are still experiencing issues once you completed the steps above, I recommend reaching out to Registration Support at the following phone number (866) 434-6276 Option 1, then Option 4 for Registration. I hope this information helps!
