* We can check if the Credit type is populated under Stored Grades for this historical grade or if the course requirement has been met under Start Page > Student Selection > Graduation Progress
* Additionally, you might have a missing course codes for those classes or maybe an incorrect course code?
I see that you have a case with the PowerSchool SIS Support team and I would recommend continuing working with them as they will be able to get access to your system and look into it to guide you further on this issue.
