I have students who earned credits in 8th grade at another school that the progress plan is not capturing.

Hi @cjleblanc,

 

Thank you for your response. There can be multiple things that we can start with checking on here

 

* We can check if the Credit type is populated under Stored Grades for this historical grade or if the course requirement has been met under Start Page > Student Selection > Graduation Progress

 

* Additionally, you might have a missing course codes for those classes or maybe an incorrect course code?

 

I see that you have a case with the PowerSchool SIS Support team and I would recommend continuing working with them as they will be able to get access to your system and look into it to guide you further on this issue.

They are stumped too. It has been pushed to Tier 2
