Quick Import

I have been trying to do an import for the last two days (following all the detailed steps given to me by a consultant), unfortunately, I have been receiving multiple errors. The errors I am receiving are between: 

1. Not imported: Must import a valid teacher number or internal teacher id
2. Not imported: Validation error for field: sections.termid Value(TermID) - Value must be an integer AND Validation error for field: sections.termid Value(TermID) - Value must be a number AND Validation error for field: sections.section_number Value(Section_Number) - Value may not contain more than 10 character(s). AND Validation error for field: sections.course_number Value(Course_number) - Value may not contain more than 11 character(s).
3. Not imported: Validation error for field: sections.termid Value(X) - Value must be an integer AND Validation error for field: sections.termid Value(X) - Value must be a number. 

School begins for us Monday, would anyone be able to help assist?

It's difficult to pinpoint why the errors are generating without knowing what it is your are trying to upload. Can you provide more info on that?

This is a detailed Excel file that has multiple tabs based on common imports.  It explains the required fields and the format those fields need to be in.
