Quick Export of the 'Education Program Code' from the 'English Language Program Eligibility History'

I'm kinda new to running reports in PowerSchool. I'm in the process of updating the 'Education Program Code' in the 'English Language Program Eligibility History' of ALL our site's EL students. The path is "Start Page > Student Selection > California State Information > CALPADS Student Information > CALPADS ELA Status/Program History". My question is, what DAT code do I use to run a report that will the Education Program Code for all of the EL students? I want to do this so I can see if I inadvertanly skipped some students.

Hi @marius27,

The documentation for California State Reporting is a resource to find out the database extension to generate a report that gives the Education Program Code for all of the English Language students.  I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contact within your district who should be able to assist you further with the report you are trying to create that generates the Education Program Code for all of the English Language students.

This is a bit hard to do cause I couldn't find software to be an open source one in order to write a code to export required information. Is using the Quick Export Function with the English Learner Fields code possible?

Hi @walterharrris,

Your concern should be addressed by the Designated Support Contact within your school district.  We recommend connecting with one of the Designated Support Contacts within your school district who can work with the PowerSchool SIS team who should be able to provide you further details on your query.
