Q2 isn't averaging with Q1 in F1

I have an issue with the first student on the list. Why is her Q2 grade not showing or averaging with Q1?

Would you please confirm, if you tried recalculating final grades and submitting them again?

@yrothstein   If you click on the final grade column, then click on the back half circle loop in the score window, it will remove the override. The triangle in the corner of the grade box means the grade is currently being overridden.
