Progress/Report Cards for withdrawn students

Hello!

I have a couple of students that have been withdrawn or "transferred out"  however, when I have to go back to print out a progress report, it will not display information. I do not want to remove students, re-enroll them and then remove them again. 

Any suggestions?

If using a report card/progress report created with PowerSchool's report card tool, use the option to specify an enrollment date on the Print Reports screen.  Use a date that you know the students in question were actually enrolled in school.  Hope this helps

Were grades stored for those students? If not, you could always use the Additional Filter Options area of the Permanently Store Grades screen to store grades for those students.

I agree with @ThomasRe1b , choosing the date should bring up grades for that student as of that date
