Printing in Chrome

I have 2 teachers that are having difficulty printing IEP documents from Chrome. They can send it to print from the document print options, but in the preview window, the preview never loads and continues to spin, so they are never able to actually send to our printers.  They are able to print IEPs from other browsers and they are able to print from other websites when using Chrome as a browser.  We have check pop-up blocker and updated Chrome. Any other suggestions?

@CNBurke22   More and more Chrome has become more difficult to use. We have told everyone in our district to stop accessing PS through Chrome and use only Safari or Firefox. Those printing problems went away when not using Chrome. I suggest starting there.

Thanks - That is the solution we are using right now. It is just odd that they are the only ones reporting this issue and solely when printing from Special Programs.
