Previous Years Fees Not Showing Up for Parents

Is it possible to setup PowerSchool so parents can see everything they owe, not just the current fees?

You would need follow a Manual Process to convert Start of Year Balance. We recommend reaching out to the Technical Contact of your district who should be able to access the article: How-to-convert-the-SOY-Balance-into-detailed-entries and assist you further.

Where has this article been archived?  I have secretaries constantly asking me if we can expand the SOY balance into the transactions that create it.

Thanks @KritiS , but the link you shared is for the End Of Year Process which doesn't list anything about SOY Balance except what it is.
