Add tab is not displaying

I am unable to add my elder kid to Powerschool, however his account was working fine 2 weeks ago, now its suddenly got disappeared, I am trying to reenroll him, but no ADD tab is visible under Account Preference -> Students. Kindly help ASAP. Thanks!

Just in case: there is no way to add students via the Mobile App, you must do it on the web portal.

If that is not the issue, contact the school. Their PS Admin should be able to fix this on the Admin-side.
