We have used Decision Insite for many years. Since being gobbled up by PowerSchool, the experience has been awful. Can't get any help on anything. It took months and crashing a webinar to get someone to help me get the access I needed to upload enrollment data. However, since then, it does not appear that data has actually been viewed or implemented by anyone into the enrollment predictions (as evidenced by our one alternative school having NO prediction data).
I was on hold with "customer service" (what a joke) for 30 minutes with no answer. I tried using chat or creating a case, but am given a message saying I can't. I have emailed the listed email address regarding that many times and never get a response. This is turning into a bad joke of a nightmare that I can't escape from. I've told our business department we should refuse to pay until we get these things resolved.
Does anyone here know how to get help or have any advice?
