Powerschool Teacher Schedule export

Powerschool Teacher Schedule export

Is there any way to export the teacher's schedule to CSV, or even better integrate it into our Gmail or Outlook calendar?

Currently, the schedule is shown in a tabular view (excel like) however it lacks export or formatting controls.

Exporting to CSV  seems like a simple feature, and would be a major benefit.

Thank you

Rishi

Hi @ricky11

Welcome to the PowerSchool Community!

The ability to export the teacher's schedule to CSV files directly from PowerSchool SIS is not yet added. However, we encourage you to vote up this similar enhancement request by voting on the idea SIS-I-8385 through the PowerSchool Ideas Portal, where users can submit their ideas directly to the Product team.

To learn more about the Ideas Portal, we recommend reviewing the article on PowerSchool Ideas Portal FAQs

Hi thanks for the reply, will certainly up vote it...

Curious is there a developer portal where community members can make a add-on or extension for this,

Hi @ricky11

We have two resources available for this. They are the PowerSchool API where you can try making some modifications on the page and PowerSource Exchange where you can search for a similar plugin if it is available.  You will need to be a Technical Contact to access these resources.  If you do not have this access, we recommend working with the Technical Contacts in your district to review the information in these resources to add this feature.
