In PowerTeacher Pro located in the upper right hand corner is a drop down menu to change between quarters, exams, and semesters. I can only change between semester 1 and all... is this an admin situation or does the teacher need to change settings?

@jlehde Yes...the school admin will need to change which terms are available to teachers within PowerTeacher Pro.

@jlehdeWhat appears in that menu depends on the Final Grade/Reporting Terms setup on the Admin side. Each Term (Full-year class, Semester-long class, etc.) has its own Final Grade/Reporting Term Setup on the Admin side.
If you only see Semester 1 in the "Term Picker," it is possible you have selected a Semester 1-long class. Without seeing some screenshots of the gradebook it is difficult to say for sure.

Thanks for responding! It was set up incorrectly on the admin side and they since have fixed it!
What setting was changed on the admin side to see all the semesters in PowerTeacher?
@faheyc School Setup > Quick Lookup Preferences > Select which terms you want the admin, teachers, parents/students to see.

Thanks, should teachers be able to see a dropdown on the teacher home screen or only in PT Pro? Hoping to see other terms on the Home Screen as well. I can see terms in PT Pro now.
@faheyc Teachers will only see Final Grade/Reporting Terms in PowerTeacher Pro, not on their Portal Home Screen. The Quick Lookup Preferences @HeatherWeist mentions only show/hide reporting terms on the Quick Lookup screen, not in PowerTeacher Pro Gradebook.
PowerTeacher Pro and the Teacher Portal (sometimes called PowerTeacher) are two separate environments. See screenshots.
@JeffG9 Thanks for the info, my reference is that in PT Pro I can see all my classes regardless of the term by selecting the full year under the top dropdown. I am still not able to see my S2 classes in the Teacher Portal even after changing the "quick lookup preferences" on the admin side. Is there not a way to see classes from other semesters in the Teacher Portal? Thanks
@faheycCheck at Setup>District>Miscellaneous>Default Term Level. Changes to this district setting will take effect during the PowerSchool nightly process or when the server is restarted, whichever occurs first.
