PowerTeacher Pro Access Error

Our international school has a different way in entering grades to PowerTeacher Pro, and so I was added to many sections as Job Share Teacher role to access teachers' PowerTeacher Pro and import Grades from Google Classroom. However, after being added to many PT Pro, I am unable to access and says Server error, contact the system administrator. I am able to access the list of classes, course groups, and school groups, but when I try to access the score sheet, I get the error below. 




Our PS is working fine and I can access everything from the teacher portal (attendance etc. ) but not PT Pro. 


Is there any limitation to being a role in multiple Sections (around 2000)?

This error can occur when a user is assigned as an Additional Teacher / Co-teacher to more than 1000 classes. However, this can be the result of a setup issue or a data issue.  


Therefore, we recommend submitting a ticket to the PowerSchool Support Team for further investigation. They can take a closer look at your setup and determine the root cause and work towards a resolution.  You can learn more about how to contact support and submit a ticket here.
