Let me get this straight...
In order to register my children into a public high school, I have to enter in all my family's personal information into your company's database (which your company will then undoubtedly sell to anyone to cares). After I have given (FREE OF CHARGE!!!) this information to you (WITH NO ASSERTIONS AS TO HOW SECURE THE DATA IS ON YOUR SERVERS OR WITH WHOM YOU WILL SHARE THIS INFORMATION), you then have the temerity to require me to contact my school if I want to make any changes?
You guys have redefined "laughing all the way to the bank."
I do not work for PowerSchool, so this perspective is from a school that uses PowerSchool. It is the individual schools and districts that decide what information is collected in the Enrollment Process. PowerSchool just provides the infrastructure for that to occur. Here at my school, it is the principal and school registrar who decide what demographic information we request from our parents.
Thank you @DanM3, that is correct.
