PowerSchool Special Program

How do I request help with questions we have about PowerSchool Special Program?  We have been through the implementation phase and now have questions but cannot locate who to direct them to.

Any ideaas?

The Community is a great place for questions we encourage you to continue posting in the Community with the questions you have in Special Programs that will also help you to connect with other Community members. 

You can also connect PowerSchool Designated Support Contacts in your school district will help you further with Special Program questions. The Designated Support Contacts can connect with PowerSchool Support if further assistance is needed.

When you were part of this process did they send you an email with a doc to ask questions?

If not call powerschool and listen to the prompt for special education, I want to say it's option 4, not for sure so listen to the message, then you will get someone on the phone who only deals with special programs.
