I need help renewing PowerSchool SIS. I never received a renewal quote and our account is now expired. I contacted our renewal Rep and was informed that they no longer work at powerschool. We have been assigned a new rep. The number I was given for our new rep is out of service... I have emailed multiple times with no response from any email I try. I've also called multiple times and the phone tree directs me to "Accounts Renewals" and then says "Sorry, we are unable to take your call".
What can we do?
If you click your Profile icon in the top right and then select "My Profile" from the drop-down it should show you your account contact.

I don't see that info listed. It shows my Edit Profile, Community Stats, Private Stats, Activity Feed, and Latest Posts, but no account contact info. I could be because my account has expired.... That's what I'm trying to fix but I can't reach anyone. I was finally able to get ahold of powerschool support and told them the issue, then they redirected me to Account Sales, and I've been waiting on hold ever since....

I recommend working with the Designated Support Contacts in your school district who should be able to connect with your Account Owner and the PowerSchool Sales team to get further information on the renewal of your instance.
