I registered and completed a PowerSchool Professional Learning course. The instructor's side shows that I need to complete the required survey to receive credit; however, the survey is not showing on my end for me to complete it. I verified with the instructor that she has the correct ID and email address for me. Any ideas as to why the survey is not showing under My Surveys?
A survey associated with a course can only be assigned out based on a Roster Status such as Registered, Incomplete, N/A, etc.
The reason you may not be seeing the course survey is that you are still marked as 'Registered' for this section while the course survey may be sent out only when your status is 'Completed'. To verify the same, we recommend that you reach out to the Professional Learning support team and have them look at the setup.
