PowerScheduler: Dependent sections-Troubleshooting

Can anyone help me with why my dependent sections are working?  I put them in correctly, and my master schedule shows all my classes are correct.  When I go to load I get this:

Instead of completing Quarter 1 with all the classes, and then filling for each quarter, it is scattering them all around.

If I remember correctly, Dependent Sections do not work with the Load process in PowerScheduler. They should work with the Schedule Mass Enroll function in PowerScheduler.

We have 4 quarters.  Do you know if there is a way to only schedule Quarter 1?
