No requests because the school is using dependent schedules
This year our elementary schools are required to use PowerScheduler, but the schools use dependent sections and mass enroll all students. For two of the schools, I did not put in requests because they mass enroll and use dependent sections. These schools are a build and load so before I begin the commit process should I enter in requests? I fear that I might lose the student's schedules otherwise.

Requests are only used for the Load process, so if you did all of your scheduling in PowerScheduler by hand you do not need them. If the students have schedules in PowerScheduler you will not lose them when you Commit.

If the schedules in PowerScheduler are all set, yep, Commit away.
