PowerScheduler Course Preference - Valid Start Periods

We have started the build process for this year, and need to set our course preferences, but the Valid Start Periods option seems to have disappeared.  Did this option move?  We have many classes that we need to set to certain timeframes of the day without it being a pre-schedule.  How can we do that now?  What am I missing?

@BCallender Make sure your Active Scenario is set to Build and Load and not Load only.
