Power School Update

Since the Power School update the "personalize" option under setup is no longer available to me. I need to help a staff member reset his password.

How do I go about retrieving that option?

Hi! @ldbates,

The Personalize option might be hidden due to security reasons.  I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts within the district who should be able to assist you in retrieving back the Personalize option.

Any User should be able to get the Personalize section by clicking on their initials in the upper right corner of the start page screen, then choosing Setup from that dropdown menu It has a gear next to it. Everything is accessible through that page
