I entered all the correct information for setting up a portal sign in however it states an email will be sent to verify snd I have not received an email. I tried setting up an account under 3 different email addresses and nothing.

Please help

If you created a Parent Portal account according to the steps listed in the article How do I log into PowerSchool and not receiving verification emails, please try the following steps.


  • Make sure the emails are not in your email account's Spam or Junk folders.
  • Make sure that the domain is not blocked by a firewall.

If you are still not receiving emails, there may be an issue on the school or district's end.  We recommend reaching out to the school or district to report the issue.
