Please review my access to chat support. I am unable to access.

I have been given access as a designated support contact for Kent City Schools by my PowerSchool Administrator.  I am still unable to access chat support.

If your Technical Contact roles have been added to your account recently, it takes up to 24 hours to sync the roles and for your access to be updated. You should be able to access the resources in PowerSchool Community within the next 24 hours.

 

Please let us know if you were able to access the Chat support. This article would help you in getting started with PowerSchool Community.
