Photos in eSchoolplus mobile app for Admins

Hi. I am using the Powerschool/eSchoolplus 360 Admin app for iPhone. None of our admins, android nor apple devices, can retrieve any student photos on the app. It would be helpful to have them. Is there something we are missing? We have synced the program and have daily sync and show photos turned on. Thank you.

We will need to look into settings in the mobile app to further troubleshoot.

I recommend reaching out to your school district who will be able to work will PowerSchool Support to help troubleshoot this further and find a resolution.
