Payroll Income tax

I can not figure out why Income tax is not coming off of a pay being issued to a employee that is on leave. It is a supplement pay.

Are you selecting the proper deduction and special pay frequencies?

Good morning, yes everything is set up properly. I am not sure what you mean by special pay frequencies.
