Hello. I am an administrator at my high school and I am having trouble reseting my password. I cannot remember my old password and I need it in order to reset to a new password. Can someone help, please.
I did contact my IT member but was informed that no one can see my old password. No worries, I have already contacted PowerSchool Tech Support. Thanks!
@cycooper Anyone with the appropriate PS Admin access can reset your PowerSchool password for you. Your old password is not needed (if we are talking about PowerSchool SIS).
