I have 3 PDMS (unified talent) accounts that are not passing along credentials to our LMS Schoology. 99.9% of 10K+ accounts work fine. I can't figure out what is wrong with these select few.

Thank you for posting in the Community!
There are two common reasons that the account is not syncing with Schoology. In order to work properly, first, the user must be enrolled in Professional learning.
If the user is enrolled properly, then we recommend reviewing the user credentials. If the credentials are missing or misaligned then the account will not link to the account on the Schoology.
Our school is having a similar issue. The accounts are created in SGY and PL and the Username and SGYID match, but the accounts are not linking. How often does PL synch with SGY?
