Is there a document or a section in a document where teachers can record their contact attempts and/or conversations?

@journeyj  Without getting into any sort of customization, if the teachers are on v21.4+ of PowerSchool (an by extension PT Pro) they can use the "Observations" feature to record whatever they'd like. If configured on the Admin side, teachers can also escalate those Observations to Incidents for review by Admin.

I am referring to the Special Programs side specifically. I was hoping there would be a way to document within the system when SPED teachers contacted parents. For example when they are setting up meetings with the parents it is necessary to show that you have made attempts to remind the parent of upcoming meetings.

Documenting conversions/contact attempts in SPED is possible only if that particular state supports such a feature. We recommend that you reach out to the DSCs of your district/state to confirm if they have enabled such a feature.
