Hey everyone, I sent a mass email in gradebook to my students but didn't receive a copy back even though I checked the box to receive one. Is there a way to check it was sent, something like a sent folder or history that I can see to confirm? Thanks
To confirm if the emails were sent to the students, PowerSchool admin should be able to navigate to the Start Page --> System Administrator --> System Settings --> Outgoing Mail Queue. Outgoing mail queue gives details like Date, Component, Status, Recipients, and Subject of the emails which have been sent from the system.
Log into powersource, go to the Exchange...do a search for extended email build lists by Steve Diebert.
