PSSP will not allow me to create a PTE for a student with an IEP returning from out of state. We do PTEs to establish eligibility in PA, but since she was here previously, the system is giving me an error message that says "The student is due for a Reevaluation. Create a PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE FOR REEVALUATION AND REQUEST FOR CONSENT FORM instead"
Has anyone else run into this issue. Thoughts?
