PS Enrollment - Configuration- Form Builder missing

PS Enrollment - Configuration- Form Builder missing

Hello,

 

I am a tech support for our schools, and I am trying to be sure all three of our schools are using the same Print Templates ( which I think are the forms listed under Tags) but this option is missing from one of our sites. 

 

We need some assistance with permissons and setup if possible.

@cguzman  Access to Form Builder must be setup through PS Enrollment support. You will need to submit a support help ticket to have this access turned on.

I do not see anywhere that I can submit a request for help besides this forum. Can you please verify my permissions or send a link to that area?

@cguzman   You have to be a technical PowerSchool contact for your district to be able to submit help tickets through the case portal.

@HeatherWeist seems my Account rep Meghan Sullivan stated that I have already been added as a tech contact.  I have reached out to her several times requesting credentials but after several calls and emails I still don't have what I need it looks like.  How do I escalate this above her?  My first requests was at the end of March.  I am not able to assist my users if I am unable to complete these tasks.  Who else am I supposed to ask for assistance from?

@cguzman Have you tried calling PS directly? 1-866-434-6276

 

They should be able to assist you or direct you in the right direction. Wish I could assist you more.
