Oregon W4

Is there a way to create a digital form for the Oregon W4? Currently we are still completing on paper and then uploading to the employee profile. Would be nice to just have it like the online form for the Federal W4 and part of the new hire checklist we assign.

To assist you further, would you please provide more details on the online form for the Federal W4?  Is it the EAC tax entry information?

If I'm logged in to TalentEd Records and go to Configuration and then E-Forms the Standard Governement documents W4 and I9 exist in the system and I can preview but I do not manage or upload those to be created. I'm hoping or asking that the Oregon W4 be added in the same way.

State W-4 forms are not available by default on Unified Talent Records since they are subject to the state's approval and compliance.  Only Federal W-4 forms are made available on Records and maintained by the Unified Talent product development team.

We recommend reaching out to your district's Designated Support Contact who would have to check with your state agency to find out if creating a digital version of the form is allowed, and if so, the district can create a custom e-form using standard e-form tools available on Records.
