Hello - Ohio High School Counselor here and looking for a way to create a report that has all of the credits plus the New Ohio graduation requirements in one report. Would like it to be viewable in Parent Portal as well as a printable copy to easily go over with parents and students their graduation 4 year plan. Tips of where to get started. #notacomputerprogrammer
Hi @CHabermehl,

Hi - just curious if you ever got this set up? I'm in the same situation right now and I have mine set up for the current graduation requirements in Ohio but having some issues with electives and credits not showing up correctly.
Hi @mforker,
Thank you for posting in the PowerSchool Community!
Can you please provide us with more information on this issue.
Are your electives and credits not appearing correctly in PowerSchool SIS or your Ohio report?
How are the electives and credits appearing and how should they appear?
Please let us know and we can take a closer look into this issue for you.
Hi @NinaRi,
I'm running into some issues but only for a few students.
1. Our AP Psychology course is 1 credit and is supposed to apply towards electives. We require 3 credit hours of electives and the way I set it up is 6 electives with 0.5 credits each. What I've seen is that for most students a class that's 1 credit hour is split between 2 elective requirements which works fine. However, for one student in particular taking this course, it is only applying 0.5 credits towards electives even though she still needs 1 full credit hour of electives.
2. I have courses that for some reason are targeting the wrong grade levels even though I don't even have those courses listed for that grade level. For example, Honors Algebra II & Trig is set up for eligible grades 10, 11, 12; target grade is 10-12. It is showing up for a students under Math 9. I did not create any relationship for Math 9 with this course.
3. Similar issue with Earth and Space Science. It is only for grades 11 to 12; Target 11, then 12, then elective but it is showing up for Science 10 for a student. Science 10 should only be Biology.
I did contact support last week and no one has reached out yet.
