Alright, thank you. My district's Technical Contact assigned the Technical Contact role to me through PowerSource and I received the confirmation email for this step. I seem to have access to everything in PowerSource, though I am still unable to access the video resources hosted on the Community Forums. The Technical Contact also replied to the instructional email that was sent communicating that I still do not have access.
