OP Icon in Health Tab

Hello, 

It has come to my attention from our district nurses that under the Immunization tab in the  health section of PowerSchool we have the icon of OP (blue square) which means optional next to the physical. One of my district nurses said it was not there the other day and wants it removed as it its not optional. Does anyone know how to remove the OP Icon?

@dstratton61  Setup>District>Health Setup>Vaccines>Click into Item>Un-check "This vaccine is optional."
