I am not receiving any verification emails from my school's powerschool portal, which means I can't log into my new account. It just keeps telling me I have to click the link in my verification email. I've pressed resend email a few times over the past couple days. The email isn't showing in my inbox or junk folder. The tech person at the school doesn't know what verification email I am talking about, so there is no help there.

The school was finally able to resolve the issue by changing my password to my email address. I'm not sure how that works but I'll take it!
