I have a question about our non-pub students in Special Programs. We submit them as primary false through PowerSchool, so in Special Programs the primary school box is not checked. Does that have any effect on a TOR being able to access, edit, or write an IEP for that student? Our staff are telling me they are not able to edit IEP's for these students and they think it's related to that field. Please clarify.
