No access to support resources.

I seem to be lacking some kind of rights/permissions on the support site. Customer Success has attempted to send me multiple links to resources on but I keep getting 403 errors. When I logged into the community site and attempted to create a ticket via the SIS case portal (, I also got a "Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource" error.


Ultimately, I'm trying to find info on how to generate a set of API OAuth credentials so I can experiment with and develop some tooling for our school district.

We are happy to assist you to determine the best path to access the API Developer site and connect with PowerSchool SIS Support.

Currently, PowerSchool Designated Support Contacts have access to the API Developer site as well as the case portal within the Community to create a case with the Support team. I suggest reaching out to the PowerSchool Designated Support Contact within your district to request the Designated Support Contact role is added to your PowerSchool account.

You can also reach out to PowerSchool by emailing to request the role is added to your PowerSchool account. The PowerSchool Team will work with the current Designated Support Contacts within your district to request access on your behalf.
