I am trying to get help with running Honor roll, but I am not able to access Webchat for help or even access this article "How to delete erroneous honor roll records (7886)"
I am the Director of College and School Counseling at my school and besides our Director of Educational Technology, I am the one who manages the most behind the scenes for PowerSchool. What do I need to do to increase my access?
