No access to Release Notes

I am unable to access release notes for Records 20.12.0.0.

Any help would be appreciated,

I don't have access to Release Notes.

Also, I am having issues with seeing all of the applications.  I am entered as administrator (1).

My issue with the release notes was resolved, and I wasn't having any trouble accessing applications,

although today I am having difficulty logging in!
