How come I don't have access to anything but this community forum? I need help from someone who works within PS..how does someone go about getting that?
In order to have access to the "Contact Support" links, you must be a Technical Contact with your school district/entity. Typically there will be 2-3 technical contacts for each district.

I've requested access to Career Tech at all my high school sites, but have not received it (as of 1.5.2022).
What I really need is to talk to a staff member of PS in regards to the terms used in Career Tech and how they relate to how we define Career and Technical Education in California. As it is identified in PS, it currently does not align with how we identify things in CA, so I want to understand it completely before I take the time to input everything.
Would you please confirm the PowerSchool Product that you are referring to? It would be along the lines of PowerSchool SIS, Naviance, etc.
