I am trying to add new hires to Records and it is giving me an error that says "Username is currently being used in an active account. This has happened twice today.
This error occurs when there are multiple accounts on the same username that are active. Usernames should be unique throughout all of the TalentEd platforms. If these accounts are of the same user, then we should be able to assist further in linking them to one email address. Using a different username should also fix this issue.
