Need to calculate overall grade for November vs. December (PowerSchool SIS)

Hi,

We are using PowerSchool SIS.  A parent wants to know what her child's overall grade was in my class for the month of November (when he was in-person) versus the month of December (when he was remote).

How can I see a calculated overall grade for a manual date range?

You don't have access to your own gradebook?

If you can't do a hand calculation you could mark all the assignments that fall out of the date range exempt, make a note of the grade and then change them back.

You can separate out the assignments/grades for each month - but you would have to do the calculation yourself. In the gradebook, run the Individual Student report - but for "Assignment Date Range" choose "Manual" and set the dates for November. Then run it again and set the dates for December.

You could then look at the individual assignments/grades and calculate the grade for November and the one for December.
