Need Access to “Public Dashboards” or help with file upload to LDOE school finder

I'm the new LDOE contact for the School Finder site. I'm trying to upload our most recent file and am getting an error. I do not have access to the Public Dashboards case portal to submit the error. 

The message I am getting is:

"JSON validation failed: Unexpected symbol '\\ufeff' at 0"

I'm rather confused. What makes you think this is solved? I still don't have access to the page I need and I don't work for a school district. I work for the Louisiana Department of Education and need assistance with uploading our newest School Finder file. Can you please give me access to the Case Portal page so I can submit a ticket for this issue? If you have further question, please reach out to me.
