My son is having issues login into schoology

My son has been trying to login to his Schoology account for the past few weeks. He keeps getting an error message saying the combination of username and password is incorrect. yet the user name and password are correct and the email he was given was a Miami-Dade public school based email. I don't believe he may have access to that. How can we correct this problem? He is already receiving bad grades because he is unable to login to do his work.
