I am trying to enter a ticket for mizuni report, but it says I do not have access to this resource. It says the same when I try to use chat support. Back in February, there was a meeting where you asked us to enter tickets to get help rather than emailing the mizuni support people directly. Please let me know when I can enter a ticket.
