Mizuni support

I am trying to enter a ticket for mizuni report, but it says I do not have access to this resource.  It says the same when I try to use chat support.  Back in February, there was a meeting where you asked us to enter tickets to get help rather than emailing the mizuni support people directly.  Please let me know when I can enter a ticket.

Hi.  I just received an email that says I have access now.  I went through the steps and logged in, but when I click Mizuni Case Portal or Launch Chat Support, I still get the message "

Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource"

We see your access to Chat Support and Case portal has been updated in the Community recently. Will you please confirm you are able to access the resources and portals now?
