Missing type of export dropdown list when using the Export Using Template option

I created an export template but when I attempt to use it, the Dropdown List is blank for "Type of Export".

Thank you for reaching out to the PowerSchool Community.

If you are not seeing values in the Type of Export dropdown, this is likely due to security settings in your PowerSchool SIS account.

We have a full article addressing your question, however, you will only have access to this article if your district technical contacts have added you to PowerSource. "Export using Template does not Show Drop Down Values". 

I recommend reaching out to your PowerSchool SIS Administrator to assist with the security settings on your PowerSchool SIS account.
