Records have disappeared from TalentEd for employees. They are still in TalentEd, but there are no records.
one Indivvidual's record has disappeared completely from TalentEd.
I have been in contact with someone from Powerschool and she needs for me to open a case and report to her the case number.

What you might be looking for is PowerSchool Support, you can reach out to support by logging in to Unified Talent Records and clicking on Support menu on the bottom of the page and selecting Chat from the pop-up.
